How do I track my order?

Most of the time, the dress you select will be available within 3 business day.  The stock availability for each product is on our website, and is updated daily.  In the event that the size or color you select is temporarily sold out, unavailable, or back-ordered, and estimated date will be posted on the website and we will get it to you as soon as we possibly can.

During checkout, you will notice that we ask you your "Event Date", or the date of your event. If you indicate your wear date and we cannot get you the dress in advance of that date, we will contact you immediately! If you need your dress pronto, please double-check the date listed on the site. Feel free to call if you have any questions. How quickly you receive your order also depends on the shipping method that you select at the time of purchase and the destination. For continental U.S. our default shipping method is UPS ground and usually take 3-7 days from ship date to arrive.

 

 

 

How Do I Order?
 

Before you place an order, please make sure to read our return policy. Once you understand our return policy, have fun browsing through our huge selection of dresses, shoes and other accessories. We think shopping on our website should be the most fun you’ve ever had (and easy too) so we have grouped dresses into categories so you can shop by event, styles, colors, price, brand, and even by body shape!

Telephone Orders

You may order by telephone by calling our toll free number 702-370-9848 Monday - Friday from 8AM to 6PM PST. 

We can also call you to take your order if you email your name and phone number to nina @bargaindressesgalore.com Let us know where you are in the world and what time you’d like to be reached, so we can call you at an appropriate time! One of our awesome customer service representatives will contact you to take your order information within 1 business day.

Payment Methods

We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order and PayPal. You can pay via checking account using PayPal. To pay for your order with a money order, please follow the instructions under Money Orders above.

*When paying by check (E-check) via PayPal please allow 6-8 business days for the E-check to clear. Once it clears your order will then be processed.

Low Price Policy

If you find a lower price on any dress we carry online, we will match it plus 2%. If you have already purchased a dress from Bargaindressesgalore.com and find a lower price in the next 15 days of your order we will refund you the difference plus 2%.

Exceptions: Advertised price must be sold online at an Authorized U.S. Retailer! Product must be available for immediate shipment in size and color ordered. This does not apply to any dress marked sale, clearance, special auction, etc. Cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon or special offer.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If at any time you would like an update on your order, you can use our order tracker below! As always, our customer support team is here for you! Visit our contact page for more info

** Once your order is placed, you cannot change, alter, or cancel your order in any way. In the event an item in your order is not available you will be offered alternatives or the option to receive a full refund for the item to the original payment method. **

** If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise for store credit or refund. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to refunds. Sale items may be returned for store credit only.

** We have no control and accept no responsibility for the sizing you select for your merchandise. Please check the provided size chart to ensure correct sizing. **

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom and import duties are not included in our shipping charges.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information before you place your order. Additionally, when ordering from bargaindressesgalore.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Bargaindressesgalore.com reserves the right to approve which countries it will ship to and in the event a country is not approved, the buyer will receive a full refund.

On international shipments, delays may occur that are beyond our control caused by such factors as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions and custom services.

If duties are not paid by on entry to destination country, or the merchandise is refused, the product will be abandoned in the destination country and the customer will be responsible for 100% of the product cost and shipping. The customer will not receive any type of refund or credit for abandoned products.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
-You must request a return authorization number from us within 3 days after receiving your order.
-Place your item back in the bag or box with your original packing slip. Clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of the return package.
-Your return must be postmarked within 3 days of requesting your return authorization number.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached in order to be accepted as a return.
-Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification that your refund or store credit has been processed to the original payment method.
